San Pellegrino has been bottled for over 600 years. The source of the water is a spring in a steep-walled valley of the Italian Alps, in the Province of Bergamo, Lombardy, Italy. In 1395, the town borders of San Pellegrino were drawn. Three centuries later, the Palazzolo family built a spa around the spring. And that’s how the history of San Pellegrino began. Led by Cesare Mazzoni, then President of the San Pellegrino S.p.A Company, the fine-bubbled sparkling water could be found at the best tables in major capitals by the early twentieth century. It became associated with the jet set everywhere in the world, but San Pellegrino owes its international recognition specifically to Italian emigrants: wherever they settled, this little bit of Italy went with them. Delivery Times
Orders received before 10am will be prepared for same-day dispatch (Mon to Fri). Delivery is within 1-2 days to Auckland and North Island addresses. Please allow extra days for rural and South Island deliveries. There may be reasons why we cannot dispatch your order within this time frame. In such cases we will advise you of delays. Shipping time to destination will depend on location. This may be affected by public holidays or other factors beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy
We will try to accomodate changes in your circumstances. However, once an order has been shipped we are not obliged to accept cancellations.
Damages and Refunds
Damages should be advised within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Failure to advise of damages within 5 days may invalidate any claim. We will either refund or replace damaged goods to a similar value. The Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act will apply where appropriate.
