Fiji Water is a natural artesian spring water bottled at source in the Yaqara Valley of the Nakauvadra Mountains on the island of Viti Levu, a virgin ecosystem at the edge of a primitive rainforest and a continent away from industrial civilization. Rainfall is first purified by equatorial winds after traveling thousands of miles across the Pacific Ocean, and then filters down through volcanic rock to the natural aquifer. Delivery Times
Orders received before 10am will be prepared for same-day dispatch (Mon to Fri). Delivery is within 1-2 days to Auckland and North Island addresses. Please allow extra days for rural and South Island deliveries. There may be reasons why we cannot dispatch your order within this time frame. In such cases we will advise you of delays. Shipping time to destination will depend on location. This may be affected by public holidays or other factors beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy
We will try to accomodate changes in your circumstances. However, once an order has been shipped we are not obliged to accept cancellations.
Damages and Refunds
Damages should be advised within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Failure to advise of damages within 5 days may invalidate any claim. We will either refund or replace damaged goods to a similar value. The Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act will apply where appropriate.
