The Ararimu region was originally chosen by early pioneer Croatian settlers because of its good soils and water quality. They established some of New Zealand’s first orchards and vineyards, which still exist today. Ararimu Natural is boutique water bottled in small batches. The source water extracted from limestone formations is naturally alkaline water with a pH of 9.5, making it unique from other waters, and is also a relatively low mineral and soft water.
Delivery Times
Orders received before 10am will be prepared for same-day dispatch (Mon to Fri). Delivery is within 1-2 days to Auckland and North Island addresses. Please allow extra days for rural and South Island deliveries. There may be reasons why we cannot dispatch your order within this time frame. In such cases we will advise you of delays. Shipping time to destination will depend on location. This may be affected by public holidays or other factors beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy
We will try to accomodate changes in your circumstances. However, once an order has been shipped we are not obliged to accept cancellations.
Damages and Refunds
Damages should be advised within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Failure to advise of damages within 5 days may invalidate any claim. We will either refund or replace damaged goods to a similar value. The Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act will apply where appropriate.
