Sourced from the Otakiri Aquifer in the Bay of Plenty, one of New Zealand’s most revered aquifers, Oravida is a well balanced slightly alkaline water rich in silica, known as the beauty element. With a very low nitrate level of 0.061 mg/l, the purity of Oravida water is considered to be superior by international standards. It is one of the softest waters in the world, with a hardness of on;y 13 mg/l, due to its low calcium and magnesium content. And its slightly akaline pH of 7.2, makes it ideal for providing optimal hydration.
Delivery Times
Orders received before 10am will be prepared for same-day dispatch (Mon to Fri). Delivery is within 1-2 days to Auckland and North Island addresses. Please allow extra days for rural and South Island deliveries. There may be reasons why we cannot dispatch your order within this time frame. In such cases we will advise you of delays. Shipping time to destination will depend on location. This may be affected by public holidays or other factors beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy
We will try to accomodate changes in your circumstances. However, once an order has been shipped we are not obliged to accept cancellations.
Damages and Refunds
Damages should be advised within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Failure to advise of damages within 5 days may invalidate any claim. We will either refund or replace damaged goods to a similar value. The Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act will apply where appropriate.
